We want you to love your Luminaria candle. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and unburned, in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at hello@academic-family.com with your order number to start a return.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please share your tracking information once your package has been dropped off so we can monitor its progress.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@academic-family.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you with a replacement or store credit.

Heat & Weather We are not responsible for melting or heat damage once a package is marked as delivered. Please bring your order indoors promptly upon arrival.
